Make your own at home

This is the box people film. Lay out a sheet, brush it with tamil sauce, dust it with churan, lay a bar or a few Chilli Milli down the middle, roll it tight and slice it. Every roll comes out different, and everyone at the table argues about whose is best.

How it tastes

Sour first, sweet underneath, chatpata at the finish. The Zarin Tala bars are the sharpest, Chilli Milli brings the only real heat, and the churan settles it all down afterwards.
